Refund & Returns Policy – Glitz Timeless

Overview

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a full refund or exchange. After 14 days, we cannot accept returns.

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return:
Unused & Unworn: Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.
Original Packaging: Must include branded boxes, pouches, and protective materials.
Proof of Purchase: Order confirmation or receipt required.

Non-Returnable Items:
Pierced earrings (hygiene reasons)
Customized/personalized items
Sale/Discounted items (marked “Final Sale”)
Gift cards
Damaged/altered items

Return Process

Request Return: Email customersupport@yierculture.cn within 14 days of delivery. Include:

Order number
Product photos

Ship Items: Send to:

   Glitz Timeless  
   Return Address

You pay return shipping (tracking recommended).
Note: We don’t cover lost/damaged returns in transit.

Refunds

Timeline:
Inspection within 3-5 business days of receipt.
Approved refunds processed within 10 business days to original payment method.
Deductions:
Return shipping costs
Restocking fees (if items are damaged)

Partial Refunds Apply If:

Items show wear, damage, or missing parts.
Original packaging is not included.
Return requested after 14 days (refund amount at our discretion).

Exchanges

Only for defective/damaged items:

Email customersupport@yierculture.cn with order number + defect photos.
We’ll ship a replacement if stock is available.

Gift Returns

If marked as a gift: Refunded via gift card after inspection.
If shipped to the gift giver: Refund issued to original purchaser.
